This page outlines all shipping details for orders placed through faynhome.my. At this time, we only deliver to addresses within Metropolitan France. We do not offer international shipping, and we cannot deliver to French overseas territories.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding French national holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central European Time will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are prepared and shipped from our premises at 4 Route de Fouranges, Saint-Pont, 03110, France.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes your tracking number and delivery carrier details.

Delivery Timeframes and Costs

We offer free standard shipping on every order delivered within Metropolitan France. There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free delivery.

After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Please note these are estimated timeframes, and delivery may take slightly longer during peak seasonal periods, adverse weather conditions, or periods of high postal service demand.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows no updates for several consecutive days, or if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order.
